We ordinarily charge our legal fees in accordance with and as required by the Advocates Remuneration Order. However, we do take cognizance of the fact that under Schedule V of the Advocates Remuneration Order, any legal fee above Kenya Shillings 10,000 is negotiable and the firm may enter into a mutual agreement with the respective client on the modalities of charging the fee on a case basis thereof.
