c) Giving Legal Advice on all matters relating to labour laws of this country e.g. disputes that arise out of the provisions of Employment Act Cap. 226 as read with The Regulation of Wages and Conditions of Employment Act Cap 229 of the Laws of Kenya as amended by the new act.
